Salazar announces ‘targeted leasing’ in Arctic

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — A five-year offshore leasing plan to be announced later this week will include targeted Arctic waters off Alaska’s northern coast, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar said Tuesday.
