Piers Morgan argued that Vice President Kamala Harris’s recently strong performance as the 2024 presumptive Democratic nominee will only last “about a week,” citing her record as a Democratic senator.

President Joe Biden announced earlier this month that he is ditching his 2024 reelection bid, with him and multiple other notable Democratic lawmakers giving their endorsements of Harris as the one to fill his spot in the election. Since then, polling data has given Harris a boost in favorability, going from a 35% to 43% rating in about a week’s time.
