California Sheriff Mike Boudreaux rebuked Vice President Kamala Harris’s new campaign ad, which featured him without his permission and was “deceiving, to say the least.”
The new ad portrays Harris as a presidential candidate who has been tough on border security during her time as both a state prosecutor and vice president. In the first 10 seconds of the ad, Boudreaux, the sheriff of Tulare County in California, is spotted toward the right, prompting him to issue a statement saying that he did not consent to being in the ad and does not support Harris’s 2024 bid for president.
