Gov. Doug Burgum (R-ND) suggested Monday that Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign will continue to “flip flop” in the election cycle, including on its preferences for next month’s presidential debate on ABC News.

A recent report said the Harris campaign wants to change the microphone policy back to having the microphones for both candidates on throughout the entire debate because former President Donald Trump could say something if he loses his composure. This request comes after the Biden campaign asked CNN to mute the microphones of candidates when it was not their turn to talk during their debate in June.
