(The Center Square) – Even as a natural gas haven, Pennsylvania ranks only 32nd in energy affordability in the Energy Affordability 2025 report from the American Legislative Exchange Council.
The report says the average retail price is 11.86 cents per kilowatt-hour. Total retail sales in megawatt-hours are 145 million.
