The majority of voters believe it’s time for Hillary Clinton to put her political career to bed and retire, according to a new poll.
The poll from Rasmussen released Tuesday found 61 percent of likely voters want to see Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, step down from the national stage.

The new survey comes as Clinton is gearing up for a months-long nationwide tour to promote her new book, “What Happened,” which hit shelves Tuesday and rehashes the 2016 presidential campaign and her loss to President Trump.
Clinton will kick off her book tour next week and travel to cities across the country through December.
Rasmussen polled 1,000 likely voters from Sept. 10 to Sept. 11. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
