Popchips please

Published June 4, 2007 4:00am ET

I was leery of trying popchips, after being subjected to all the new low-fat, low-carb, zero-trans fat flat-tasting snacks out there. After all, popchips were marketed as “an all-natural line of potato, corn and rice chips.” But, to my delight and snacking enjoyment, popchips turned out to be one of my favorite new snacks of the year.

The best flavor hands down was the cheddar corn chips. And many of my co-workers agreed. Second in line for silver was the barbeque chips, which had more punch than expected and more than enough spice to please. Popchips come in nine different flavors, including hint of butter, salsa and wasabi. For more information, visit www.popchips.com and to order, visit www.amazon.com
