BOSTON (Legal Newsline) – Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley announced a settlement on Friday with Harley-Davidson Financial Services Inc. (HDFS) to resolve allegations it failed to pay proper refunds under the terms of its motorcycle finance agreements.
