FAIR OAKS, Va. (AP) — A Virginia man is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a teenage girl while working as a high school swim coach a decade ago.
Fairfax County police said Saturday that 39-year-old Noah Rucker, of Bristow, has been charged with three counts of indecent liberties with a minor while in a custodial or supervisory position.
Police say Rucker had inappropriate contact with the 17-year-old girl in 2001 while she attended James Madison High School, where he was a swim coach.
A woman who answered the phone at Rucker’s home and identified herself as his wife said Rucker denies all the allegations and looks forward to vindicating himself in court.
