NORMAN – The state auditor and inspector is looking into complaints that county commissioners stripped the Cleveland County Fair Board of its authority to manage the fairgrounds.
A former employee who was fired in the spring also has lodged complaints about improprieties she thinks occurred while she was working at the fairgrounds.
