PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (AP) — A new applied technology building is set to open at West Virginia University at Parkersburg.

WVU-Parkersburg President Marie Foster Gnage and Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin are among those expected to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday for the $5 million building, which replaces the college’s 40-year-old technology wing.
