PESHAWAR, Pakistan (AP) — A Taliban suicide car bomber attacked a rival militant commander’s compound in northwestern Pakistan on Saturday, killing at least 10 people, as heavily armed assailants killed eight members of the coast guard in the southwest, officials said.
