On the heels of Donald Trump’s meeting this week with Evangelical leaders, Dr. James Dobson said that the presumptive GOP nominee only recently accepted a “relationship with Christ.”
Dobson, the founder of the Focus on the Family group, said that he knows the person who led Trump to his newly-found relationship, but isn’t sure how long it goes back. He also said that Trump is a “baby Christian” who needs the prayers of everyone. The Christian psychologist made the comments to Pennsylvania megachurch leader Michael Anthony following the meeting.1
