Trevor Noah filed a lawsuit against the Hospital for Special Surgery and Dr. Riley Williams III for negligence regarding a November 2020 orthopedic surgery Noah underwent.
The 37-year-old host of the Daily Show said the New York City-based hospital and doctor were “careless in failing to treat and care for [him] in a careful and skillful manner,” according to court documents.
