Comer says ‘real bad people’ spoke to Epstein post-conviction, insists files absolve Trump

Rep. James Comer (R-KY) said Thursday that only “real bad people” continued to communicate with the late disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein after his conviction and added that newly released files absolve President Donald Trump of wrongdoing. 

Comer, who chairs the House oversight committee, was asked about Democrats who received funding from Epstein after he was convicted during an interview with Sean Hannity.
