HOUSTON (AP) — The extended families of a Houston-area girl who was the lone survivor when her parents and four siblings were fatally shot at their home have asked that a fundraising effort established for her be halted.

More than $400,000 has been donated in a month to an online site for 15-year-old Cassidy Stay.
