Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., is skeptical that an FBI investigation into the sexual misconduct allegations leveled at Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh will cause him to revoke his support for the judge.

“My mind’s made up about Brett Kavanaugh and it would take a dynamite accusation because here’s the deal. Dr. Ford, I don’t know what happened, but I know this: Brett did not — everybody she named couldn’t verify it, it’s 36 years old, I don’t see anything new changing,” Graham said in a “60 Minutes” interview to air Sunday night on CBS.
But Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., a GOP colleague of Graham’s on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said during the same interview he “absolutely” had an open mind on Kavanaugh’s fate.
Kavanaugh’s confirmation process has been delayed for a week while the FBI probes the claims of various women accusing the judge of sexual misconduct, including Christine Blasey Ford who alleges Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in the 1980s when the pair were in high school.
Kavanaugh denies all the allegations.
