Crews are cleaning the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool after the water turned green and algae reappeared. The memorial was previously undergoing cleaning.

The Trump administration previously celebrated the reopening of the Reflecting Pool, saying it wouldn’t get dirty anymore because of the changes. Crews also painted the bottom of the pool “American flag blue.”
