A Hawaii couple dropped a temporary restraining order against an actor they said tried to rob them in late March.

A judge dismissed the case Monday after the couple requested that the order be dropped against Flash star Ezra Miller, whom the pair accused of bursting into their bedroom and threatening them in Hilo. William Dean, a lawyer representing the couple, did not clarify why his clients no longer want to pursue the order, according to Associated Press.
