President Trump and likely House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., are about to co-star in a new Washington drama that could take us all the way through the 2020 presidential election. They will be occasional negotiating — and frequent sparring — partners as they try to generate legislative accomplishments, navigate the Russia investigation and best position their respective parties for electoral success in two years.
