A Fort Washington man was killed when the car he was driving collided with a commuter bus in Waldorf.
Maryland State Police said the bus was pulling out of a parking lot on Mattawoman Beantown Road near Poplar Hill Road about 6 p.m. Monday when it crashed into a Ford Focus. The driver of the car, 20-year-old Carlin Biles, was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
The bus driver suffered minor injuries and was treated at a hospital. None of the 15 passengers were injured.
