CORTLAND, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say a man found beaten on a central New York street has died from his injuries.
Police in Cortland tell local media that they were called late on the morning of Oct. 7 to Pine Street, where they found 29-year-old Jayquan Hines lying on the pavement.
