Protesters behead and pull down Confederate statues in Portsmouth, Virginia

Protesters in Portsmouth, Virginia, beheaded four Confederate statues and pulled one down using a tow rope on Wednesday night as police looked on.

The Virginian-Pilot reports one protester was injured by the falling statue. Demonstrators knelt around the man as medics helped him before police cleared the area.
