Joe Biden appears to have locked up the Karen vote, according to a new poll.

The New York Times and Siena College collected voting data on popular names in the United States and found Biden with a 20-point lead over President Trump among women named Karen, sitting at 60% to Trump’s 40%.

“Karens are backing Biden, 60 percent to 40 percent, per New York Times and Siena College polling,” Morning Consult’s Eli Yokley tweeted.

The name Karen has made waves in recent days due to memes and as a way to describe women who are recorded in public making comments seen as racist.

“It’s usually used as a pejorative for middle-aged white women,” Matt Schimkowitz, a senior editor at Know Your Meme, told Insider earlier this year.

“It’s almost like they have an entitlement, where they’re kind of lording their privilege over another.”

The New York Times data also found Trump is more favorable to men named Richard, Thomas, William, and Michael. Women named Nancy, Jennifer, and Linda are also more likely to vote for the incumbent candidate.

Biden is tied with Trump among men named Joseph and Christopher. The former vice president has leads over Trump with women named Mary, Susan, Elizabeth, and Barbara, among others.
