Police in Portland, Oregon, made three arrests Saturday in connection to an incident in which a war memorial was defaced with graffiti.
Videos posted on social media show members of left-wing activist group antifa, an anti-fascism outfit, spray-painting “Kill Cops” and other violent phrases on the memorial.
