Police say a second woman has been arrested in a 2010 acid attack on a mother and her 3-year-old daughter. Tamara Jackson, 30, of the District was arrested in connection with the attack this week, Prince George’s County police said. Another woman, 29-year-old Tikia Anderson, of Greenbelt, was charged in January.
