Chris Christie is the nation’s most disliked governor

Nearly 7-in-10 New Jersey voters disapprove of Republican Gov. Chris Christie, making him the state leader with the highest unfavorable rating, according to a Morning Consult poll released Tuesday.

The April 1 to July 10 survey of how residents in each state view their leaders concluded the second-most disliked governor was Kansas’ Sam Brownback at 66 percent, followed by Dan Malloy, a Connecticut Democrat, who was seen negatively by 64 percent of people.
