SAN FRANCISCO (Legal Newsline) – Trader Joe’s has agreed to a proposed $3.375 million settlement in a class action lawsuit over alleged misuse of “natural” claims.

The plaintiffs claimed Trader Joe’s mislabeled products as “All Natural” or “100% Natural” that actually contained certain allegedly synthetic ingredients.
