DC man gets 28 years for killing taxi cab driver

WASHINGTON (AP) — A Washington man has been sentenced to 28 years in prison for killing a taxi driver in 2013.

Ercell Overton was sentenced Friday in the death of driver Solomon Okoroh of Glenarden, Md.
