The Boston bombing brothers, Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, killed three people and injured nearly 300 others when they set off an explosion at the finish line of the marathon. Tamerlan Tsarnaev died before police apprehended his younger brother, who was sentenced to death in 2015. Both were radicalized citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
Trump on Wednesday blamed Democrats and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer for the State Department-run diversity visa lottery, which allowed the terrorist behind Tuesday’s attack in New York City to enter the U.S. in 2010.
