Va. governor appoints 6 to transportation board

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe has named six new members to the Commonwealth Transportation Board.

The Democratic governor announced the appointments Thursday. Four of the new appointees replace board members whose terms expire June 30.
