Court orders changes to prison terms for ‘El Chapo’

A federal district court ordered changes to the imprisonment of Joaquin Archivaldo Guzman Loera, better known as the transnational cartel kingpin “El Chapo.”

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York noted that Guzman successfully managed to escape solitary confinement from a maximum-security Mexican prison before making changes to the special administrative measures surrounding his jailing.
