House must vote again on tax bill after Senate changes

The House will have to vote a second time on the GOP’s tax cut bill after the Senate was forced to change the bill to clear a parliamentary hurdle.

Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., announced to House lawmakers Tuesday that the House will take up the bill again on Wednesday after the Senate approves a slightly modified version of the bill.
