The suspect in the East Coast Rapist case will be extradited to Virginia to stand trial, a Connecticut judge has ruled.
New Haven Superior Court Judge Roland Fasano ruled Monday that he would allow 40-year-old Aaron H. Thomas to be extradited, according to the Associated Press.
