Quality Associates Inc., a Columbia-based technology company, has signed a lease agreement for a new headquarters at Maple Lawn Business Park, a 604-acre, mixed-use community located at the intersections of Routes 216 and 29 in Howard County.
The new headquarters also will include a standalone data archive center adjacent to the office building.
Thecompany, which is marking its 20th year in business this summer, will occupy space in Building Three at Maple Lawn. The new space will feature 27,000 square feet of office and production space and have capacity for more than 125 staff members. The new data archive center will be 10,000 square feet.
“Our new headquarters in Maple Lawn will nearly double the amount of floor space that we currently have, will give us more room to grow and will allow us to continue to expand our strong client base within the area,” said Paul Swidersky, the company?s founder and president.
