D.C. police said that a pedestrian who was killed in a hit-and-run Thursday might have been intentionally struck.
The victim has been identified as 22-year-old Miguel Angel Drullard Jr., of Northwest Washington.
Police said Drullard was struck at about 4 p.m. in the 4400 block of 14th Street. He was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
Police are looking for a red or burgunday Jeep Liberty with extensive front-end damage. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (202) 727-9099. D.C. police offer a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to a conviction in a homicide.
