Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said the group of top congressional leaders known as the Gang of Eight should be shown an unredacted final report from special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.

“That would be my recommendation,” Clapper told CNN on Monday when asked if the leaders should receive the report. “At least them, if not more, but the Gang of Eight, certainly. And that is a mechanism that has been set up long running for informing the Congress … on various very sensitive information.”
