Kellyanne Conway’s husband withdraws name for Justice Department: Reports

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway’s lawyer husband, George Conway, this week withdrew his name from consideration for heading the Justice Department’s civil division.

Reports from Reuters and the legal news website Above the Law said Conway sent a letter to the White House pulling out ahead of his expected nomination to defend the Trump administration against lawsuits.
