The Tokyo Olympics swimming events ended on Sunday with the United States claiming 11 gold medals for the sport after swimmers Caeleb Dressel and Robert Finke won their competitions.
Scoring an Olympic record time of 21.07, Dressel, 24, won gold for the men’s 50-meter freestyle. Florent Manaudou of France earned the silver in the competition with a time of 21.55, and Brazil’s Bruno Fratus received bronze with a time of 21.57.
