A 53-year-old custodian has been charged with taping a woman while she showered at a Prince William County counseling center.
Police responded to the Healing Hearts Counseling Center in Occoquan on Tuesday night after a staff member discovered a video cameran hidden in the shower area.
The investigation revealed that a custodian had placed the camera in the shower and taped the victim, a 37-year-old Alexandria woman, at least three times, Prince William County said.
Arrested was Americo Rudolpho Rodriguez-Zabalbeascoa, of Woodbridge, with three counts of unlawful taping. He was held without bond.
