OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Republican U.S. Rep. James Lankford is seeking a second term in Oklahoma’s 5th Congressional District seat in the Nov. 6 general election.

But a Democratic candidate and two independent challengers for the position say they hope to spoil Lankford’s plans.
