COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — President Barack Obama is drawing a sharp line with Republican Mitt Romney on education, saying in Ohio that “putting a college education within reach for working families doesn’t seem to be a priority” for his opponent.

Obama says in prepared remarks Tuesday that Romney’s plan for college-bound students is to “shop around” and “borrow money from your parents … but if they don’t have it, you’re on your own.”
