EXCLUSIVE — The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee mobilized nearly 1,000 volunteers to knock roughly 40,000 doors last weekend as part of a grassroots initiative to mark 100 days before the midterm elections, according to figures shared first with the Washington Examiner.

The DCCC’s organizing program, dubbed a “weekend of action,” tripled turnout from the committee’s June program, according to the DCCC, and spanned 41 competitive districts across the country.
