Del. Dan Cox, the Republican nominee in the Maryland governor’s race, vowed to use state police and other law enforcement agencies to oppose the “tyrannical” Biden administration if he’s elected in November.
Denouncing the FBI’s raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in an email sent to supporters on Tuesday, Cox accused President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Attorney General Merrick Garland of politicizing the federal agency. Cox went further and vowed to fight against similar raids in the future, calling it “nothing short of communist stasi police state tactics.”
