Arrest made in Capitol Hill East shooting

A Southeast D.C. teenager has been arrested in connection with a December shooting in Capitol Hill East and a Southeast D.C. kidnapping that led to a homicide.

Javon Hale, 18, was arrested Tuesday on two separate warrants. He was charged with assault with intent to kill for the Capitol Hill area incident, and with kidnapping while armed in the other incident.
