Authorities seeking info on pair of D.C. summer robberies

Authorities are seeking information about a man who is suspected of robbing two banks in the District over the summer.

The first robbery took place on July 18 at the PNC branch located at 650 Pennsylvania Avenue SE, in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. In that incident, a man entered the bank and verbally demanded money. After the teller gave him some currency, the robber fled the scene, authorities said.
