Montgomery County police have released video of a man who fired a weapon inside a Silver Spring McDonald’s, and they are asking the public for information that could lead to his arrest.

At about 10 p.m. on Nov. 14, a man walked into the McDonald’s at 8507 Colesville Road and asked for access to a locked men’s restroom.
