Fairfax County police are searching for a man they’re calling the “Office Creeper” who they say has been posing as a maintenance worker and stealing purses and wallets from doctors’ offices.

Since late June, the thief has struck at least seven times and stolen from cancer patients, rehabilitation patients and office employees, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.
