A District man has been charged in a robbery at the Westfield Annapolis Mall, and police are looking for two more suspects.

Police said three young males approached a 54-year-old woman and a 64-year-old man as they were walking to their car in the parking garage last month. One suspect pushed the male victim and took a box containing a laptop computer. The second suspect tried to take property from the female but was unable to.

The suspects jumped into a black BMW bearing a District of Columbia tag DY1567.

Police arrested Stephon Alonte Harrigan, 18, of 326 Oneida Street NE, and have arrest warrant for his brother, 20-year-old Ronald M. Harrigan. The third suspect has not been identified.
