Two gunmen dropped into a Huntington area check-cashing store through a hole in the roof and robbed the business.

The clerk described the men as being the size of football players. One was about 6-foot-4, 280 pounds, the other 5-foot-10 and 185 pounds, Fairfax County police said.

“It’s incredible. Somehow they squeezed through,” said police spokeswoman Lucy Caldwell.

The female clerk said both men shimmied in through the 3-by-2-foot-wide hole on the roof of the ACE Cash Express, at 2254 Huntington Ave.

At about 9: 15 a.m. Monday, the employee heard a crash, turned and saw a man pointing a pistol at her. The gunman grabbed her, and a second gunman demanded that she open the business’ safe. The men took the money and fled.
